The Lodge At Rivers Ridge takes reservations on a first come, first served basis. A confirmed reservation is contingent upon receipt of down payment. Use our calendar below to determine if the dates you're interested in have been reserved. Once confirmed, your dates will be blanked from the calendar. Seasonal Pricing Information

  • Off Season - January through April and October through December (excluding leaf season and holidays):
    $5,500/week
    $900/night Sun-Thurs
    $1,100 Fri/Sat (2 night minimum stay required)

  • Spring/Summer Season - May, June, August, September:
    $5,900/week
    $1,000/night Sun - Thurs
    $1,300 Fri/Sat (With minimum stay of one week in June and August)

  • Peak Summer and Holiday:
    $6,900/week (During July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years with minimum stay of one week required)
    $1,100/night Sun-Thurs
    $1,400 Fri/Sat (During Leaf Season with 3 night minimum)

Rates effective through Jan 1, 2008 and subject to change without notice. Additional event fee charged for large groups. We collect 20% of the rental upon booking as a deposit and require the balance 30 days before arrival. Refunds of deposit are given if we are able to rebook the property.
